Developer and community repliesRead the spoofer product page and portal cleaner steps in order before you launch the game client again. HWID tools change how the machine fingerprint looks; they do not replace account-level appeals. UGC recovery is a separate product if you need appeal paperwork.
Cleaner steps first, then spoofer verify, then fresh config test on a new character slot.
